Integral Blinds for HospitalsWith a footprint of over 5000 square feet this BREEM "Excellent" rated building situated on a prestigious new Eco Park has enabled us to ramp up integral blind production in a purpose commissioned production space of the highest clinical standards allowing us to produce integral blind sealed units of hitherto unheard of quality and excellence using brand new modern machinery and plant including a six brush glass wash.

Throughout the production space state of the art lighting is used for 24 hr round the clock integral blind production.

The space will enable us to make the task of producing these advanced high value insulating glass units easier by installing modern lifting equipment in a dedicated production space for Fire rated and acoustic glass integral blind units.

The floor colour is not just an aesthetic choice but one that is also functional.

At integral Blinds Ltd we believe in constant Quality Control at every turn... especially as the SwiftGlide Integral Blind cassettes are placed in between the double or triple glazed units and then sealed.

A black background shows up any blemishes or marks inside or on the glass more readily than any other colour behind the glass.

Even the production space around where the units are argon gas filled and also where the packaging is applied has a black floor area.

The production area flooring which is also anti slip was applied by specialist contractors for us in January 2014.
